New concepts of service quality

Aware of the fact that they must not only offer a service but offer a quality service,  SATEC has developed systems that help telecommunications carriers to achieve that objective, such as the quality meter of Web-based ADSL lines with multiple points of reference for taking measurements and presenting reports and for taking measurements depending on the type of user (carrier, installer, user, etc.). 

Enhanced business management:

SATEC’s portfolio includes the development of unified network service management systems:  WIM or Web Interface Management. This is a modular tool for data network management that brings the web-based management applications into a single point of access, complemented with commercial solution modules used for the management of networks and OSS applications (Operations Support Systems).
